I don’t think he should be unbanned – THREE TIMES X-RAY, you’re kidding me, three times x-ray. Two times on survival wasn’t enough of a chance, another time in factions? I believe he should be left banned in my opinion.
I think you need 1 week or higher of donorship left before you can “freeze” it. So you can’t just pause 1 day lol.

Any ban appeals that either don’t follow the template or are made more than once have a much lower chance of being accepted.“GIVE ME UR IRON DONOR PLS PLS” – What are you gunna do with your iron donor? Maybe write a post or skype a mod to freeze it so you can have it when you come back :D.
I think its loop-hole-able. Let’s say a new/small town, you make a dude co-mayor, this dude invites his friend to the town, makes him assistant, and starts griefing. But then again, “comayors are selected from your trust”, and “any damage done by co-mayors is irreverisble”. So I can trust my co-mayor, so I do vote up :).

What would the app do? Would it just be like web chat, donations, and replying on the forums kind of stuff? Or will there be like in-app dynmaps, minechat (meaning you can chat in the game), and some other cool stuff?
I got an idea? I probably think this might not be like “legit proof”, but what if he makes a video on how he mines, and how fast he finds these ores. If he can proove that he is able to find diamonds using similar/same strategies while prooving that he isn’t using some cheaty texturepack/mods. I normally take pictures of every “valuable” ore I find while mining in survival with the coordinates, so that I can have at least some proof of not x-raying.
I think we need the full sized image because there was a case of someone photoshopping fake reports.
