Dark a few things to note.
Luminance will most likely be warned for disrespect. He has also been associated with a case of scamming.
Next time, please do not accept those tpas if you know you will be killed. Most random tp’ers put you to a disadvantage and give them selves either a trap to use on you, or some sort of a mechanism.
I have a suggestion to this idea to make it so that it doesn’t be a vote for like 1-day old candidates. I suggest that mods(expert or higher) should be able to deny or vote on these. They can also give one trusted member to have permission to vote on the app.
Please stop spamming the forums. Type everything you want to say in one paragraph or one reply. You can get banned on the forums if you do not stop.
Nevermind. I didn’t see the second, third, and the fourth images of the first link. So he did scam. Luminance will be tagged Scammer. Also, edit your post instead of spamming the forums.
But I do believe that there is some chance that you might’ve forged it. Look at the two images, your proof of the broken armor is at the spawn fountain, and the place you got the items was… somewhere other than nearby the fountain.

So… do you have proof that he sold you the broken armor? All I see is that he was selling you ‘brand new armor’ and that you paid him. Unless he gave you nothing, this isn’t a scam. Or if you show us the broken armor, then we can judge from there.

I wonder why people make these things so obvious. There’s at least one hacker in minigames everyday, and its always a guy who’s flying like 50 blocks above.
