In my point of view,I asked mario to help me since I died in lava because our nether portal got griefed and MarioIs25 said he was helping a player and I thought ok,imma wait for him and then he got banned and I dont know what he did wrong at all
So I say that MarioIs25’s ban should be lifted since he was not the person who x-rayed it was much more of a “lure”, yaqoob might have secretly hated him and he made a sacrifice to destroy his enemy and himself
If this appeal was not lifted by a mod,I will be very sad and I would have to say 1 thing,Goodbye MarioIs25 and all your hard work and effort on making LaRogueLand a sucess,we will always honor you by making the biggest grave,and surrounding it with your favorite mushrooms,and I will miss your good efforts D:

MarioIs25 You aint gonna be Clear Inventoried because its not perm ban
MarioIs25 I kinda warned you about finding the ores too quick and that you might get banned X-ray or not
MarioIsw25,I heard you striked like 20 diamonds and the ban is 24 hours or 1440 minutes

Shaman97 But There is one problem with this.I do /plot set perm Almost Everyday and for somereason only this day when Wither griefed it was turned off,that day I set all my perms to off and turned all my town perms to off and Wither could still grief the town.Also Wither is hacking because he can destroy cactus without evidence,there is only 3 ways for it.MCedit or /break he could break the cactus if he could place on my property,this concludes that there is some sort of glitch or hacking here.
I dont think you should be unbanned because you could have threatened the server and if we unbanned you,you could hack EC

Lightning,you should not be un-banned because you lied to a head mod!and 4 moderators tried to help you and you were stubborn and kept the hack!

ShivPatel,was my dear friend and I think he should be unbanned because he never griefed or did something evil to any of us and for example:Its like saying Your Too Awesome and then gets banned,He should definity be instantly unbanned or unbanned by temp ban because ShivPatel has defintly learned how it feels to glitch and Im sure he wont do it again
