i got on and i kept glitching in the floor with other people and now the servers back up and im whitelisted?

i had one on my old computer and hes real i was in single player no ods, no texture pack, no nothing
nope i cant
i dont get why its doing that to 1.3 people also, this needs to be solved
i have 1.3 and it did the same
y is the server whitelisted for 1.3 right now?
