You need a space between /transfer and 10000, so /transfer 10000
It means you are banned and you cant change it. Ask a moderator to check your ban and make an appeal.
Also, Chibi, thank-you for making that exception for me, I think this server is A grade and would be a shame to lose.
EDIT: Im still Temp-banned, can you fix that.

Ok, well it turns out that he is sorry for making that mistake and he gave me back most of my stuff. He is paying back what he owes me and I think I can trust him. I thought it was punishable because of what the rules say but I think my diamonds will be returned to me today. Thanks for replying borncorp.
