What Chibichuba said “Evidence outweighs pitiful claims.” That is a very strong point in this case, it makes sense to anyone and is true. He proved you wrong, all your saying is “I dont x-ray” which means nothing.
Excuse me Sky, this is like the boy who cried wolf! You said before you had xray in your temp-ban but had no xray the second time. Next time you said you didn’t xray at all, now your saying you xrayed the second time but not the first. This is beyond ridiculous, your in denial. Look Chibichuba put forward Logical evidence that clearly showed us your rule-breaking, with this servers plugins, the mods know exactly what you mined, when you did it and where you did it. Chibichuba force teleported to you because he suspected you and uses /vanish and you cant see him. They know exactly what’s going on and this is hopefully a wakeup call to you. You cant get away with cheating. The rules clearly say your inventory is wiped in this offense but you should worry about losing your ban first! Those godpicks are gone. Your case is hopeless and your arguments are weak. Sky this will be a lesson to you and the next server you choose to play, I wish you the best of luck even if you try and ruin eternalcracked.

his is just a SERVER, you are the client. This isn’t some legal constitution, full of lawyers and businessmen, just passionate people, who play a game. Look you made that decision of not abiding the server’s rules, you got your one chance, but you blew it. Your mother can’t change your consequences for your mistake, its for the good of the server. Sky, I do wish you the best of luck in your next server, the only way of redemption is only LOGICAL proof. Good luck

Be careful ironman97, he can remove your access to the forums. You guys are all right, Mario did nothing wrong. I wouldnt worry too much though, when chibichuba logs in next time and reads this, mark my words, he will unban Mario.

You are right from what I hear skywalker but we all must remember, our mods and admin do an exceptional job at keeping this server a good one. Dont get too angry, im sure if you be calm and take the situation more rationally, they will make it easier for you. Just take that in mind, they dont get paid for this hard job you know.
Thankyou Cbibichuba, we will never use xray again, as we were punished before. Could you please tell me who fisherman was though. Do I at least have the right to know that?
Chibichuba, I have told you all I know, Im new to the server. If I knew anything else I would tell you, I believe I deserve to be unbanned, I haven’t broken the server rules. Please respond.

Truth. Here goes. My only account in minecraft is Toblerone007, my account on minecraft.net is Toblerone007 (soon to be premium), I have a brother who plays as pokenoob902 and my sister is angierox1010. I live in Australia (WA STATE) and I first started playing on this server the most recent Wednesday night (GMT +8.00). I was asked who fisherman12 is, and I responded as truthfull as possible, I have never heard of any fisherman12. Can someone tell me who fisherman12 is and why he is so despised of. Can an admin tell me if that name is on my IP, that is proof that I am Toblerone007 not Fisherman12. Also this helps too, my name is Toby, my family nickname is Toblerone and I love the chocolates called Toblerones (coincident). My favourite childhood dream was to become a spy, and my favourite books and films were the James Bond series. I still do love James Bond and inherited his codename “007” into my username. My brother likes pokemon and is a newbie at the games “noob” and my sisters name is Angie. Thats as truthful as I can be, if you want proof, look at my IP and look at the users on it, im puzzled as to why i was accused under such false alarm.
I hope I dont get banned over something I havent done wrong. That’d be a shame

Look Chib, I do not know fisherman12, I quickly read pokemon902 and recognised it as my brother but then you pointed it out, why do I have to suffer? What do you mean my typing style is similar? I have never heard fisherman in my life. I yelled at my brother for the pokemon902 thing and hes never going to try it again. Hes only 8 and doesnt really understand the concept. I can assure you I dont know fisherman12 and someone told me xray was allowed, but now know its not tolerated, so im very sorry.
I dont know what is going on here, I have only one account Toblerone007. My brother is pokenoob901 and my sister is angierox1010. I dont know who the hell fisherman12 is, no friend of mine uses that name, nor my siblings. I only joined Eternalcracked for the first time on wednesday. When were these accounts used? Im quite annoyed about this.
