I think it’s just a part of the town plugin but if you want to make it so outsiders can’t teleport to your town spawn is just /t toggle public

I remember one time in my town where there was an area the one of the headmods/born did something and you couldn’t destroy it and we ask a mod and they said that it was an old thing for something and now it’s fine.
