Well, Just to let you know: there are many benefits of 1.8
– there are many bug fixes from previous versions of minecraft with newer and newer versions (this include client lag and client crashes)
– Factions will used all new features of 1.8 and will have great benefits from them. We will no longer support 1.7 due to this, but we will have new features and more updates!
The bug in prison is the texture of items. There isn’t quite a fix to it yet.

He will be unbanned after we fix the ban system.
There’s no consequences for requesting bans. It’s perfectly fine.
