This bug has already been reported. The spawn is in another world which towny is not logged. You cannot do /tc or other commands like that and can do a few commands such as /t.

It’s actually not a glitch. the word “now” means 0 seconds which MC counts 0 second as another second. So actually it’s 5 minutes and 1 second to get kit tools. It’s not a huge bug that affects people and besides, IT”S FREE

From what i know so far, people aren’t warned or caught for doing this. As long as they aren’t pvping, I think they are fine
