Well it’s both his fault aswell sortof the server’s fault.
Why?:
His fault: he could’ve cleared his inventory yes.
But!
Server’s fault: He didn’t know that he’d lose it because of that. And maybe the HM’s could make it so that it gives you a warning that your inventory is full, but doesn’t take your items? ._.Anyway that’s what I think of it atleast. Dun get mad at meh

we wnt to /warp start and there was a place which pvp was allowed (a glitch) and then zumabad started hitting me there i escaped by ender pearl, then i go back
You tell me to read everything, well I did so, you clearly say you were in a PvP arena and you escaped using an enderpearl, and then you went back which means you were in a PvP arena when you died, which means there is no reason for you to be refunded… And surely not a reason for you to be mean to me.

Well if you can’t handle suicide bombs, nobody forces you to PvP and/or play. It’s part of the game and you’ll have to deal with it, how annoying it may be.
Don’t post the link, first of it’s advertising, and after all it’s probably just a virus trying to hack all your lovely data.
Do not post anything about this again.
I’d say you should be unbanned, 1st of all the ban is not on the right server.
2nd of all I believe you in saying you didn’t know, and the announcements should indeed be edited.I would want to give you one tip too evade this problem again in the future:
Only use aestethical mods, aka mods that make MC look different/nicer, such as shaders and all that.Hope you’ll get unbanned 😮

+You are a friendly player. You never insult anyone (or atleast not when I am around) and you are nice to everybody you meet, either a new player or an old player, known to you or not. This is one of the main capacities a mod needs, and you have this, absolutely.+You are a helpful player. Whenever someone is in trouble, you try to help them as much as you can, it doesn’t matter where you are or what is going on, you’re allways ready to help a player in need.
+Active in-game. Most players have this, and so do you. You are online nearly all the time, except for, as you stated, when you’re really busy with something else, like things in real life.
+Active on the forums. You are very active on the forums, which is a key component for a mod, as on the forums everything can be stated that has to do with bugs, glitches, disrespecting players, spamming players, hackers, ban appeals, ect…. You are one of the, sadly enough, very few players that is online everyday on the forums.
+High experience. You know what you’re doing, you allways know what to do in what situation, which results in you being a good mod when it comes to problematic situations.
+Following rules. I have never seen you breaking a rule, which is exactly what a mod needs to do: you need to be an example for all other players, you need to be able to show others the way to be a good player themselves, which I think you can do perfectly. You’ve never been banned, warned, muted or jailed, which makes you a perfect example for others players to look up too.
+Cool headed. This goes together with being a friendly player, but I wanted to adress this seperatly, you are a cool-headed player, you react to hate in a mature way, and you don’t use aggression to solve problems, you know how to deal with the haters, without becoming one yourself.
+Coöperation. You can coöperate with the other staff members around here, you don’t make a problem of others their decissions, and you don’t start fights with the other mods.
Overall, You’d be a good, if not perfect mod. I wish you best of luck on this mod app.

-Copy all the players’ “superbases” (on request of themselves) to another place, and paste them back in the new world.
-Keep the mcMMO level, backpacks and all the other above mentioned stuff.Then I might agree. Since the faction world is more like a giant hole lately.

Saying you hack is indeed an offense, as tako said, we (aka the staff team) cannot and will not take any risk. If one says he/she hacks we have to play safe to keep the server clean and secure.
We cannot take any risk, and as such you are banned.Important message: Nobody, like absolutely nobody, ever say you’re hacking! You can and will be banned if you are caught doing so! (Due to the fact that we cannot take the risk of letting an ACTUAL hacker go free)
Think about what you’ve done, and never do it again. Will be forwarded.
For now, you wait untill your ban expires or you get unbanned.-xZero_Strike
