Melee don’t comment if you don’t have something usefull to say. Anyway, also forwarded.
Please stop commenting on the topic, it ain’t going to be dealt with faster by doing so. Anyway, forwarded
It could be hacks or not, but it is unclear, you are lagging way to much if you ask me. Anyway, forwarded, again.

Well, we literally made a topic about the same thing lol. Anyway, will be forwarded, thanks for reporting.
Then it probably is a connection issue, try again later.
However it doesn’t mean that if you change your password, you can’t be hacked afterwards.
Again: statement is false.
It doesn’t mean because you watch videos on how to find diamonds, you suddenly get good at it.It would be like me looking for a video that explains how to be a pro in CallofDuty, but I’m not #1 in the leaderboards…
He might’ve not had the X-ray in prison yet, but maybe found it later. You are going in the unknown sources now, so this is invalid.
X-rayers don’t have to stand still, they can look for the ores while mining.
I would like to ask you players to stop commenting, if he gets unbanned or not, is decided by the staff. You players giving us reasons to unban him, isn’t going to make the situation any better, if not worse…

You’ve allready made a topic like this. Mainly this happens in two occasions:
Timeout: Did you timeout? A timeout is when you lose connection with the server. It can also be noticed when you get kicked for a java error.
Sudden logout: If you suddenly logged out, and you get that screen, somebody might be trying to hack you, change password immediatly in this occasion!

1. Hackers aren’t dealt with completely
They are once we found them or somebody reports them, also our staff team has a life outside of EC, which they need to take care of aswell.
2. A lot of mistakes of people not hacking getting banned
False: if a player gets banned there’s a reason, we observate and take action when we are 100% sure.
3. Lack of admins
I don’t think survival lacks staff, to be honest, they just can’t be online 24/7.
4. Should there be a few mods online more than players?
This is probably due to timezones, and really can’t be fixed unless a member of the staff team moves to another timezone, but I don’t think that’ll happen.

Vote middle-down 4/10
Because:Positives:
+Friendly
+Familiar with Commands.
+Active (game)Negatives:
-You can have hackers banned by reporting them, no need to be a mod for that.
-Inactive (forums)
-Muting chats? No… you’re only going to annoy players in doing so and causing them to leave, and this will give a negative reputation towards the server.
-You may have experience with OP commands, but this doesn’t mean you should be a mod.If it’d be up to me, I’d say that your reasons to become a mod are sort of invalid… Also you aren’t active enough on the forums.
I would think about what I said here, and keep that in mind for future apps.

Forwarded to MG mod. Thank you for reporting.

Melee your statements are entirely false. Any sort of ore found and mined is an “advantage” over others, and as such it doesn’t matter which ore has been found.
Our staff thinks critically, all the time. As I answered to Jia before, We do not ban without proof, nor do we ban if we aren’t 100% sure. We observe the players that are suspected of hacking and take action when we caught them redhanded, if I may say so.
It doesn’t depend on Admin/Headmod either, the general rule is: hacks = ban, and every staff member sticks to that. Please do not argue with the staff team, if one has been banned, there are reasons for that.

I’ll vote up, however leave the teleporting aswell as the jump/fly ability out, like mega said, by implementing some of these features, it’ll be very hard for mods to spot hackers, which is bad for the MG server.

Strip mining is about removing every SINGLE stones or ores you see, thereby will have 100% chance of exposing ores, which may include diamond ores or other expensive ores. Strip mining and branch mining are 2 main methods of mining which most Xrayers do not adopt.
The staff team knows what it is…
By seeing someone finding diamond ores, is it right to say “He uses Xray mod”???? If you straight away ban him for using Xray, then you accepted information uncritically, (aka Uncritical acceptance of information). Take some time to analyse what is really going on.
It is indeed not right, but the staff team knows when they have a hacker on their hands or not, We do not ban without proof, such a thing is unacceptable!
I heard Headmods can access to a player’s .minecraft file to see if he has Xray mod. However it cannot prove a person is using Xray, because the Xray mod may not be activated.
It could indeed be deactivated, but it doesn’t matter, you shouldn’t have an X-ray file if your .minecraft by default, go in hard, but go in clean.
Even if it’s deactivated, the team cannot take any risks and therefore have all rights to ban him/her.melee49 and I don’t want to re-write things like “critical thinking” or stuff like that. Because we get very angry if mods do not read what we told them and continue to make the same kind of mistakes.
You and melee don’t have to rewrite anything. A mod(+) does take the feedback he/she has been given and corrects this. (Otherwise he/she wouldn’t have become mod in the first place). If you’re trying to get your friend unbanned by answering this appeal, don’t. It probably won’t change anything or even lower the chances.
> If a player has been banned, it is done with good reasons, and they will be unbanned only if a mod(+) says so. For now, you wait, unfortunately.

Why are there bananas in that video? And how did you get them in there?
*banana appears in your comment*
